Currently user-friendly greenhouse gas calculators are being developed in Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, and the United Kingdom – in close co-operation with the project BioGrace. Once these calculators are finalised, economic operators may insert their individual input values into a template and the greenhouse gas emissions of their biofuel pathway are calculated immediately. The template is adjusted to local production characteristics. However, users cannot add new kinds of input values or influence the calculation formula (as they can do in the BioGrace excel calculation tool).

BioGrace has harmonised these calculators by requesting the owners of the calculators to use the same standard values. They now produce the same results as can be concluded by the following comparison table.
